Job Duties Will Include, But May Not Be Limited To:

• Customer Service – ATAs are expected to provide exemplary customer service. This includes assisting customers with rental vehicles, addressing customer inquiries and/or concerns, and generally interacting with all customers in a professional manner. ATAs should assist rental customers in locating their vehicle and thoroughly explain features to ensure the customer is comfortable with the vehicle prior to exiting the lot. ATAs should also verify and log customer vehicles at the exit booth as the customer leaves the lot to ensure they are in the proper vehicle.
• Cross Departmental Communication – ATAs must always maintain direct and open communication with the rental counters to determine and meet daily needs.
• Damage Inspections – ATAs are required to properly inspect and record all returned rental vehicles to ensure all damage is reported efficiently to the Claims Department. All vehicles with mechanical issues or excessive body damage should also be communicated to the appropriate department manager(s) so vehicles can be properly addressed.
• Lot Organization and Maintenance – ATAs should direct traffic within the lot to ensure maximization of space and efficiency of vehicle flow. ATAs are also responsible for managing trash levels at the lot to ensure a clean, presentable work area that is free of debris.
• Key Control – ATAs are responsible for placing keys in the vehicles prior to the start of the day and removing keys and locking cars at the end of the day.
• Security – ATAs should ensure that the lot is properly secured, and vehicles are inventoried at the end of each shift.
• Execute Additional Duties as Assigned – ATAs are expected to complete any additional tasks that fall reasonably within the position as requested by their supervisor or manager.

• Must possess and maintain a valid, unexpired driver’s license.
• Must follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.
• Must have full and open availability work on a rotational roster that includes evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills.
• Must have effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Must be able to successfully navigate the use of various software programs including Microsoft Office Suite, TSD (rental reservation and fleet management software), Monday.com (vehicle delivery software).
• Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles is strongly preferred.
