Our company is a leading provider of executive and management positions in the hospitality industry. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.

Take orders from patrons and provide recommendations based on their preferences.

Create and maintain an inviting and well-stocked bar area.

Engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly.

Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices are followed.

Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food and beverage service.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and inventory.

Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume bar or upscale restaurant.

Extensive knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and mixology techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional experiences.

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and consistency.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
