Parts Clerk

Morrison Industrial Equipment is looking for Full Time Parts Clerk in our Mason location at 575 Jewett Road
Mason, MI 48854. This position would require a valid, good standing driver’s license. As well as pre-employment drug screen, physical exam, and a background check for any position within the company. This team member works Monday-Friday, first shift hours, and works 40 hours a week with opportunity for overtime

• Posses Clear and Concise Written and Verbal Language Skills
• Have a basic understanding of Mechanics and Parts
• Pass a Drug Screen, Physical, and a Background Check
• Desire to Learn
• Manage Tasks to Completion
• Excellent Computer Skills with an emphasis on Office 365 and Excel
• Enjoy working Independently, but can collaborate within a Team

Essential Functions:

• Looking up and Ordering Parts
• Receiving and Processing Parts
• Working with Customers to fulfil Orders
• Reviewing and Approving Work Orders
• Assisting with Customers’ Quotes
• Respond to Phone Calls and Email Management
• Vendor Communication
• Any Other Administrative Tasks that go with Inventory Management
• Any Other Duties as Assigned
