Internet Sales Consultant / BDC Representative

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing online leads, engaging with customers through various communication channels, and facilitating appointments for vehicle purchases.

Salary: Starting at $15 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $17.50 per hour based on performance, plus bonuses.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a minimum of 50 outbound phone calls per day to potential customers.
• Take high-quality pictures and videos of vehicles for customer inquiries and social media.
• Respond promptly to new leads via text, email, and phone calls, providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
• Schedule appointments with customers and ensure a seamless transition upon their arrival at the dealership.
• Utilize our CRM system to manage customer interactions, track progress, and follow up with previous customers.
• Maintain a strong understanding of our inventory and dealership offerings to effectively address customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
• Attend regular meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and dealership policies.
• Adhere to company attendance policies and maintain consistent availability during scheduled work hours.
• Work a 40-hour week, with one day off during the week and availability until 8 pm on select weeknights and until 5 pm on Saturdays.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound phone calls daily.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be punctual and reliable, with a strong commitment to attendance.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Previous automotive knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
