Salary:

Accountable to:  Store Manager

 

Status: Full Time; Non-Exempt

 

Purpose:   To assist in providing leadership and management to the store

 

Qualifications:

Working Conditions/Physical Factors: Occasionally= 1-33% Frequently= 34-66% Continuously= 67%-100%

  • Lifting (under 25lbs)- Frequently

  • Bending/Reaching/Grabbing- Frequently
  • Interacting with/ Assisting Customers- Continuously

Duties:

  1. Assist in store operations and supervising staff ensuring customer service focus is being carried out.
  2. Assist manager in overseeing the display of merchandise throughout the store.
  3. Assist in resolving customer complaints and returns.
  4. Assist in cash register operations during busy times or to provide adequate coverage.
  5. Able to open and close the store as instructed.


  1. Be alert for shoplifting and follow Shoplifting Policy.
  2. Be a part of staff meetings and team building.
  3. Other duties as assigned.
