Job Summary:
Village Caregiving - Eau Claire is seeking a compassionate and dedicated PRN In Home Caregiver to join our team in Spaulding, Wisconsin. This is a part-time, hourly healthcare/medical position with a flexible schedule and competitive pay. As an individual contributor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients by providing personalized in-home care services.

Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $15 to $25, paid semi-monthly. In addition, Village Caregiving - Eau Claire offers a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance after one year of full-time employment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home care services including personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities to clients in Spaulding, Wisconsin.
- Follow individualized care plans and provide care according to the client's needs and preferences.
- Monitor and document changes in clients' health or behavior and report any concerns to the care coordinator.
- Assist with medication reminders and help clients adhere to their medication regimen.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, including light housekeeping tasks.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, their families, and the care team.
- Attend training and educational sessions to enhance caregiving skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous caregiving experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and transferring clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow directions.
