Aspahlt Paving Operator / Bobcat Mechanic / Paving Sales Experience

Colonial Beach Auto, a renowned Full-Service Collision Center, Auto Body Repair, Paint Shop, and Computerized Auto Repair company, is currently seeking skilled individuals for multiple positions in the field of Asphalt Paving and Maintenance. We are hiring Asphalt Paving Operators, Bobcat Mechanics, and individuals with Paving Sales experience to join our team.

Asphalt Paving Operator Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain asphalt paving equipment such as pavers, rollers, and skid steers
• Ensure proper asphalt placement and compaction for optimal results
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to achieve desired paving specifications
• Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance
• Adhere to safety guidelines and standards

Bobcat Mechanic Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Bobcat equipment
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues using technical manuals and computerized diagnostic tools
• Perform routine service tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks
• Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and parts inventory
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines

Paving Sales Experience Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and other potential clients
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
• Provide accurate and competitive quotes for paving projects
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements

• For Asphalt Paving Operator:
• Prior experience operating asphalt paving equipment is required
• For Bobcat Mechanic:
• Experience in repairing and maintaining Bobcat equipment
• For Paving Sales Experience:
• Prior experience in sales within the paving industry is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent mechanical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
