We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in budgetary tracking and financial analysis for an esteemed global financial services organization. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in financial services banking and advanced Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support budgeting and forecasting processes for our global financial services client.

- Develop and maintain advanced Excel models for budget tracking, variance analysis, and financial forecasting.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insights, ensuring accuracy and relevance in financial reporting.

- Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

- Monitor financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.

- Identify financial trends and analyze potential risks and opportunities within the client's financial landscape.

- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards within the financial services industry.

- Continuously seek ways to improve financial reporting and analysis processes, leveraging technology and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the financial services or banking sector.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights and recommendations.

- Excellent communication skills, with the capability to present financial information clearly and concisely to non-financial stakeholders.

- Proven track record of managing complex financial analysis projects with accuracy and attention to detail.

- Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting requirements specific to the financial services industry.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global team environment.
