Superintendent - Phoenix, AZ
Company Type: Design Build, General Contractor focusing on Commercial Construction exclusively including ground up and interior/tenant renovations.
Position Title: Superintendent - Ground Up Construction
Position Description: Manage ground up construction for sizable construction projects throughout the Phoenix area. Someone who can build a variety of commercial projects in the $5-$15MM range as a lead superintendent; preferably with ground up, tilt-wall, big box or CMU/Steel experience.
Timing: 30-45 days
Compensation and benefits: Salary absolutely depends on experience, plus vehicle allowance, bonus and excellent benefits.
Desired background: Will need to at least have 8-10 years commercial construction experience.
