We are hiring a Warehouse Manager who will be responsible for maintaining and overseeing inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items. Also responsible for securing warehouse as well as supervising staff at our Cunningham location.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities
- Manage, evaluate, and report on warehouse productivity
- Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials
- Order new supplies in a timely manner
- Constantly work to improve processes
- Optimize employee workflow
- Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained
- Communicate and collaborate with other team members
- Perform a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds
- Maintain records, report relevant information, and prepare any necessary documentation
- Know and understand Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the QMS.
- Comply with all health and safety rules
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Degree in business, management, logistics or a related field preferred
- Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management
- Time management skills and the ability to delegate
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Problem-solving skills
