Lakeside Electric & Septic Services in Louisa, VA is looking for one admin assistant to join our 9 person strong team. We are located on 4344 Davis Hwy. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Field telephone calls
• Receive and direct visitors
• Maintain and coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars
• Create spreadsheets, presentations, and marketing materials
• Maintain an organized filing system
• Conduct internet research
• Place orders for office equipment or business needs
• Enter data into reports as needed
• Create email and postal mail campaigns

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to organize and create orderly systems
• Experienced in computer technology that includes excel, google docs, powerpoint, and social media marketing

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $14.00 - $20.00/hour.
