Job Qualifications:


  • Must have relevant licenses (driver's license) 
  • Active Real Estate License or have the ability to get licensed within the first two months
  • No standing complaints at TREC 
  • Passionate about selling
  • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Familiar w/ area MLS's a plus
  • Familiar w/ TAR documents is a plus
  • Be coachable and teachable
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Goal-driven
