Inside Sales Specialist (Walker)

Position summary

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will manage the customer experience proactively and use a consultative selling approach to ensure customer retention and satisfaction. You will expand our customer base by selling Arvig products and services in accordance with the sales and marketing plan. As Minnesota's largest independently owned communications company, we offer our customers a leading-edge network, providing fast, reliable broadband and voice services.

Qualifications

You are required to have:

• Two or more years of experience in customer service capacity
• Experience in inside sales, cold-calling, or suggestive selling
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to take initiative and generate results

Additional preferred qualifications:

• AAS degree in sales, business, marketing or related field
• Basic knowledge of how telecommunications/broadband services are delivered over fiber
• Strategic prospecting skills

Location

This position can be located in Perham, Park Rapids, or Walker, MN

Schedule

Hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM.
