Front Desk Member Service Associate

We're looking for a Front Desk Member Service Associate to join the NEFCU team at our Harvest Lane branch! This team member will be the "face" of our flagship location. This team member will listen attentively to member needs and provides solutions that best suit the member’s needs and goals. Primarily uncover member financial goals and needs through discovery conversations, while demonstrating empathy for members’ needs and building lasting and effective relationships with members. Refer members to specialist when member need is discovered that requires specialized assistance outside of their knowledge. Able to assist members with teller-based transactions and perform duties of a concierge for the branch.

Specific duties include:

• Acts as branch concierge for all members.
• Check-in members to our lobby management program.
• Assist members with quicker transactions such as issuing debit cards, stop payments.
• Provide member with navigational assistance for online banking and mobile app, assist with seminar registration and updating account security when needed.
• Provide coverage for teller area when needed.

Qualifications:

• One to three years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions.
• Must feel comfortable in fast paced environments.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Previous experience with Microsoft Office required.
