Dietary Aide/Server

VILLA PUEBLO SENIOR LIVING IS SEEKING a PRN Dietary Server to join our team!

As a Dietary Server, you will have the unique opportunity to positively impact our residents every day. You will partner with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare staff, and under the supervision of a Dietary Manager, positively represent the facility, providing nutritional care to promote patient comfort and contribute to the overall patient plan of care.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Dietary Server is responsible for serving food in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations with Frontline Management established policies and procedures.

• Set up tables or other dining areas with attention to cleanliness and order
• Deliver dishes and trays at designated times and rooms
• Take down dining areas and collect plates, glasses, etc.
• Discard leftovers and take out the garbage
• Clean food stations and wash dishes, cooking vessels and silverware
• Stock ingredients and monitor inventory
• Assist in keeping track of expenses and menu planning
• Help maintain kitchen equipment and appliances

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Healthcare/skilled nursing home experience preferred.
• Must possess a strong desire to work with the elderly.
• Must have the ability to multitask.

WAGE RANGE: $15.00 and $16.85.
