Optician: Freeport, IL
Our customer in Freeport, Illinois are seeking motivated individuals to join their team as an Optician who can contribute to the overall success of the company. The right candidate will need to be able to travel between offices located in Freeport, Stockton, and Lanark.
Responsibilities of the Front Optician:
- Sales responsibilities.
- Adjust client’s glasses.
- Prepping clients before their appointment.
- Helping clients pick out frames.
- Inputting claims into the computer.
- Billing.
Optician Requirements and Qualifications:
- Must have reliable transportation as this person needs to rotate from the Freeport, Lanark, and Stockton offices per a schedule.
- Prior experience helpful but not required, willing to train.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Great customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Time management skills.
- Experience required.
Pay for Optician: $15.50/hour.
Optician Benefits:
- Paid weekly.

Type: 1st Shift, Full-time
Schedule: Monday from 8am–6pm and Tuesday-Friday from 8am-5pm.
