King's Auto Sales/King Roofing is looking for a motivated person for full-time office position.

We are looking for an individual who is experienced in the automotive sales/construction industry to assist in working with our sales team, insurance companies and customers. Our main goal is to find the right individual to fit in with our office family.

This position requires:

- Multi tasking a must

- Highly motivated individual with the ability to learn

- Friendly outgoing personality for greeting customers on the phone and in person

- Experienced in QuickBooks & Microsoft Office; including: Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, and Outlook

- Typing Skills

- Punctuality A Must

- Exceptional Organizational Skills

Duties Will Include:

- Answering Phone Calls (Exceptional Communication Skills Required)

- Basic Office Filing, Copying, Faxing, etc.

- Assist Office Manager and Upper Management as needed.

- Other various office duties.
