Position: Hospitality Salesperson

Location: Eugene, Oregon

You’ll Shine in this role:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
• Actively prospect and identify new sales leads to drive group and corporate business.
• Create customized sales proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and services.
• Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the overall success of our hotels and the growth of the company.

Amenities:

• Previous experience in hospitality sales or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
• Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is a plus.
