Pride Health is hiring a Director of Nursing for our client in Great Bend, KS! This position oversees a 33-bed ER, Med/Surg, L&D, OR, Educator, and Social Service units.
Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm with no weekends.
On call once every 6 weeks, 24/7-Monday-Sunday
Pay: $115-130k yearly
Job Duties:
- Provide positive leadership in an environment of teamwork, open communication, and customer service.
- Establishes and oversees compliance with regulatory and certifying agencies standards.
- Responsible for human resources processes including interviewing and orientating staff, ongoing performance management, and timekeeping/scheduling.
- Assists with financial management by developing and maintaining a budget.
- Assists in developing policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain standards of care and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- BSN
- 3 to 5 years of acute/hospital experience.
- Hospital management experience.
- Rural Hospital experience preferred.
- Not looking for LTC, SNF, or Nursing Home Experience
- Active KS RN license
- Acute care experience preferred.
- BLS
- ACLS
- Possible relocation assistance offered.
