Position Responsibilities:
Ø Grow Group Dental Business
Ø Participate in Development of E-Mail Campaigns to identify Prospects.
Ø Follow-Up on Leads resulting from E-Mail Campaigns
Ø Participate as an Exhibitor in up to 4 Trade Shows Annually (typically 3 to 4 days each)
Selling Skills needed in the individual we are seeking...
The individual we hire will be good at “Cold Calling,” Identifying Influencers (i.e., Safety Officers, and Other Key Contacts:
Your Responsibilities: Conducting Needs Analysis including identifying Unmet Needs; Making Virtual Presentations featuring DenLine PPE Styles Offered; Providing Samples, Developing and Presenting Economic Justification; and Closing Business.
Education, Experiences and Computer Skills Needed...
Ø Minimum 2 Year Associate Degree, preferably 4 Year BS or BA Degree, with emphasis on Sciences, Math, Computers, Sales and Marketing.
Ø Track Record of Creating of NEW Business. Experience selling Medical and/or Dental Supplies Not Essential, however would be a PLUS.
Ø Ability to make Power Point and Web Presentations via MS Teams to existing & prospective accounts. Web Presentations currently available to assist you targeting NEW BUSINESS Opportunities .
Ø Experienced using SalesForce to log/ track communications and progress with existing prospective accounts.
Ø MS Office (Word) and Outlook. for E-Mail..
Ø Motivated by Commissions.
Full Time Exempt Position
Office Location- Quincy Business & Technology Center, 301 Oak Street, Quincy, IL
Wages Attractive Base Salary commensurate with candidate experience and earnings history.
Monthly Commissions based on NEW BUSINESS (Invoiced). No Cap on Commissions Earned
Expect to Earn Minimum $80,000 TO $110,000+ per Year including Commissions
Disposables- Commission on Initial year's business
Reusables- Commission on Initial Install + 90 days.

Ø 1 Week Vacation after 1 year of service/ 2 Weeks after 3 Years of Service. Consideration given for employees currently employed that currently have vacation in excess of 1 week.

Ø 401K 100% Company Paid, with Company Matching Employee Deferrals to 4% of total annual earnings.
Other Considerations
> Employees hired subject to Company Paid Physical and Drug Screen. Must pass a 12 Panel Drug screen, which includes Cannabis.
