Sales Manager/Assistant General Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Sales Manager for the K Bar S Lodge, LLC. This position requires exceptional leadership skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for delivering unparalleled guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach and increase sales revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key stakeholders.
• Solicit new accounts through outside sales calls.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop proactive sales strategies

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in sales management within the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and industry trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
