Human Resources Generalist - Bilingual

Currently we are looking to bring on a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist for our Price, Utah location.

This is an on-site/ in-office opportunity that will require you to be local.

What you can offer:

• 3+ years of HR Generalist Experience.
• Experience working with "Blue Collar" workforce. Ideally Construction or Manufacturing. 
• Bilingual Fluency
• Attention to detail. 
• Computer Proficiency with HRIS systems.
• Interpersonal communication skills.
• Contagiously positive personality.
• Ability to work in office. Dependable transportation. 

What the job Entails:

• New Hires and Orientation including E-Verify, documentation, company policies, culture expectations and benefit enrollment. 
• Benefits including health, EAP, retirement/ 401k, life and disability insurance, and PTO.
• Employee Resources including investigating and resolving employee issues, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive work environment. 
• Terminations including final paychecks, termination of benefits and exit interviews. 
• Payroll including timesheets, PTO submittals, deductions, garnishments and VOE requests. 
• Development of HR systems, policies and procedures.
