RN – Case Manager Registered Nurse - Health Advocates Network is urgently hiring Case Manager RNs with at least 2 years of recent experience!
- Travel packages up to $3597 weekly
- Shift: 8 hour DAY
- 13 week contracts available
- IMMEDIATE STARTS!
- Specialty: Case Manager Registered Nurse (RN)
Requirements:
- Active MA State Registered Nurse License
- Valid BLS
- CCM certification preferred
- A minimum of 2+ years case management experience working independently in an acute or post-acute setting or a minimum of 1 year experience independently coordinating transitions of care in the healthcare setting with knowledge of community resources
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
- Additional certifications may be required
