Kelly Services in partnership with Nissan North America is currently recruiting for a Dealer Business System Support Analyst in their Franklin, TN location.  If you are an experienced automotive data analyst and are interested in your next great position then read on and apply today!
 

Pay and Shift
Pay: $31/hour
Shift: Hybrid; Tues-Thur in office, 8am-5pm
 

What does a typical day as a Dealer Business System Support Analyst look like? You will: 

  • Communicate with and understand dealers issues, usage, and needs and translate into requirements for DBS application team
  • Assist the DBS data steward to ensure quality data, working with DMS vendors to understand and fix data issues
  • Support the DBS contract, cutover, & DMS change processes
  • Support various reconciliation processes
  • Act as point of contact for ad-hoc analysis supporting various areas within DBS
  • Assist with DBS improvement projects
  • Support DBS department with multiple projects

 

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have: 

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
  • Advanced knowledge of database software, spreadsheets and other applications used to create specialized reports and applications of a highly technical nature
  • Experience in SQL coding or VBA coding a plus.
  • Previous experience working with automotive dealers is preferred
  • Experience supporting application systems is desired
  • Understanding of the Tableau reporting platform a plus
  • Knowledge of internal Nissan vehicle, warranty or downstream supporting system is a plus
