These are direct hire openings, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their benefit and vacation package upon hire.

Salary: 78,000
Schedule: 1st shift Mon-Friday

  • Hybrid option one to two days per week

Responsibilities:

  • Process new material set up and material change requests for raw materials and finished goods. BOM updates, COPA, SAP, and EDI tables.
  • Create and maintain material numbers for new items.
  • Maintain up to date material master data records.
  • Create cross reference documents linking pre and post implementation.
  • Maintain customer master.
  • Process EDI requests and update for new and existing customers.
  • Support and assist CSR Team with EDI or external system issues. (Bamboo Rose, Supplier HUB, VFI)
  • Creation and maintenance of sales SAP SOPs
  • Support Back Office Manager and other key members with S4S integration.
  • Work cross functionally with global and local key users.
  • Work to shadow Back Office Manager for long term development.
  • Cross train with MDF CSR to help with process optimization.

Requirements:

  • 4 years experience in EDI set up and Maintenance
  • Previous role in Sales with general understanding of Distribution
  • Skilled SAP User
