This is a direct hire Machine Operator position, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive benefit and vacation package.

Details:
• Two Shift Options Available    
      1st Shift:  Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pm 
      2nd Shift:  Monday-Thursday 3:00pm-1:00am 
• Pay range between $16-20/hr. based on skills and experience, additional shift differentials for 2nd shift apply
• Osseo, WI

Position Information:
• Set-up and operate production machines and equipment within manufacturing process
• Adjustments to equipment and or production processes
• Control feed and speed of machine to produce a quality product at optimum rates
• Stack parts after process has been completed to prepare for shipping
• Ensure materials are used efficiently with minimal scrap or waste
• Use ERP system to execute jobs and to record production data
• Read and interpret production routing and blueprint information to ensure all quality standards are achieved
• Assist Material Handlers with movement of raw and/or finished goods
• Other duties as assigned

Required Experience:
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Previous machine operation experience required, 2+ years preferred
• Ability to read/understand blueprints
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong math skills along with a mechanical aptitude
