Duties:

· Provides patients’ personal hygiene by giving bed pans, urinals, baths, backrubs, shampoos, and shaves, assisting with travel to the bathroom and helping with showers and baths.

· Provides for activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding patients as necessary; ambulating, turning, and positioning patients and providing fresh water and nourishment between meals.

· Checking weight and recording intake and output information.

Job Requirements:

· 1 Year experience

· Active OREGON CNA License

· CPR/BLS/ First Aid Certification

· Recent PPD Test or Chest X-Ray

· Clear criminal background check(s) & drug screening

· Reliable transportation & Cell phone

· Food Handlers card

· WHATEVER-IT-TAKES ATTITUDE!
