Job Summary:
We are seeking a self-directed and efficient Quality Control Inspector to join our team at our Timmonsville factory. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our products through inspection and testing. This role reports to the Quality Manager and offers an opportunity to work in a manufacturing environment.

Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: Timmonsville, SC
- Pay Rate: $15.00/hr.
- Shift: 1st Shift, 7:00am to 5:30pm, Monday through Thursday

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming and outgoing material and products, following company standard test protocols and applying specifications
- Conduct visual and measurement tests using circuit testing equipment, volt meter, gages, caliper, etc.
- Compare measured dimensions and examine functionality against standards
- Verify part number, revision, quantity, and description
- Request and review certificates of conformance (CofC)
- Record inspection results, complete reports, and maintain records
- Prepare and communicate Quality Alerts as needed
- Coordinate inspection and repair of returned goods
- Gather information to support containment, root cause analysis, and corrective action
- Perform first article inspection (FAI) as required
- Investigate and determine print changes

Qualifications & Skills:
- Basic math and computer skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Analytical and documentation skills
- Experience using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, optical comparators, etc.
- Basic understanding of Bill of Materials (BOMs), print reading, and interpretation
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with production, engineering, and vendors
- Ability to propose improvements and communicate quality control measures
- Willingness to engage in educational opportunities and training as required
- Ability to lift small boxes and work in a manufacturing environment
