Field Maintenance Engineer - Direct Hire
$80K - $110K (Depending on experience)

  • 2nd shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm (Mon-Fri)
  • 3rd shift: 10:30pm - 7:00am (Mon-Fri)


We are hiring an experienced Field Production Engineer employee to support our clients with the effective use of production and maintenance of our designed and manufactured machines including troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of specialized mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems/components.. This is a direct hire opportunity with great benefits!

What Skills Make An Ideal Candidate?

  • 5+ years of experience with Manufacturing & Facilities Maintenance; preferably in Defense and Space industries
  • Possess an associate degree or similar level.
  • Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
  • Must have a good understanding of electrical systems to include 480 volt and below including various control voltage.
  • Must be self-sufficient - able to work under minimal supervision, fast-thinking and pro-active.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean criminal record.
  • Good physical condition: ability to carry up to 50 pounds (tool box or parts) up to 50 feet.

  • Knowledge of hydraulic system component diagnostics, repair and failure analysis of valves, stacks, pistons, and rams in excess of 5000 PSI operating pressure.
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
