Pay and Shift Information:
  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Night shift working from 6:00pm - 6:30am on a rotating schedule

What’s a typical day as a Production Supervisor? You’ll be:
  • Communicating job expectations to manufacturing staff and ensuring they are met
  • Recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
  • Monitoring the production process, equipment, and resources
  • Creating and revising systems and procedures to improve efficiency
  • Attending educational workshops and staying updated on industry practices


This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have an Associate’s degree or 1-5 years of experience in a similar role and environment
  • Possess strong project management, problem-solving, technical, communication, and customer service skills
  • Are a team player and able to motivate and lead others
  • Have a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Are familiar with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and are able to work in a physically demanding environment that may include lifting up to 50 pounds
