What’s a typical day as a Production Supervisor? You’ll be:
- Communicating job expectations to manufacturing staff and ensuring they are met
- Recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
- Monitoring the production process, equipment, and resources
- Creating and revising systems and procedures to improve efficiency
- Attending educational workshops and staying updated on industry practices
