Responsibilities:
Deliver direct nursing care of assigned residents according to individual plan of care and in keeping with scope of practice and agency policies and procedures
Document resident information and nursing actions performed and resident response to care timely and appropriately
Manageable workloads, excellent staffing ratios
2 weeks of orientation for new hires – if you need more, just let us know!
Qualifications and Requirements:
A current and valid MI RN/LPN license is required
Must be CPR certified
Prior experience with geriatrics preferred but not required as there is a lot of support on the units
Basic computer skills to chart in the EMR
Sign On Bonus:
