Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): Fort Leavenworth, KS

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and qualified School Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a contract position in Fort Leavenworth, KS. As a leading provider of special education and therapy services, ProCare Therapy is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of students and communities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Provide direct one-on-one or small-group behavior therapy to students.
• Collect data on student progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of a positive and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Previous experience working with students with special needs in an educational setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

Requirements:

• RBT certification in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and relevant screenings.
