Director of Nursing - Intensive Care Unit and Pre/Post Cath Lab (Staffing Opportunity)

Soliant Health, in partnership with a leading healthcare facility in Great Falls, Montana, is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing for the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Pre/Post Cath Lab.

Position Overview:

As the Director of Nursing, you will oversee the delivery of quality patient care, promoting safety and well-being in the ten-bed Intensive Care Unit and eight-bay Pre/Post Cath Lab area. You will organize, plan, and direct nursing service functions and activities, ensuring pliance with regulatory standards and institutional objectives. This role requires strong leadership abilities, a sound knowledge of nursing and management practice, and a mitment to excellence in patient care.

Education:

• Bachelor of Nursing Degree, required.
• Masters in healthcare, preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in the ICU and/or CCU setting, required.
• Two years of experience in supervisory/administrative/management, required.
• Strongly remended: Dialysis Nurse Trained, Vascular Nurse Trained (PICC, Midline).

License/Certifications:

• Current Montana RN License, required.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Knowledge of federal and state regulatory agency standards related to inpatient, acute care areas.
• Strong interpersonal and munication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and well-organized.
