Travel Radiologic Technologist Job in Montana

Sunbelt Staffing is looking for a Radiology Tech travel job in Kalispell, Montana. Travel experience is preferred, but newcomers are welcome to apply.This is a 13 week travel contract but possible extension may be available towards the end of the assignment.

Shift:

• 13 week contract
• 7A 3P 8H Variable Days

Responsibilities:

1. Perform X-ray Procedures: Conduct diagnostic imaging examinations using X-ray technology, ensuring the production of high-quality images for interpretation by radiologists and other healthcare providers.
2. Patient Interaction: Communicate with patients to explain procedures, address concerns, and ensure their comfort and cooperation during the imaging process.
3. Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain X-ray equipment, ensuring its proper functionality and adherence to safety protocols. Troubleshoot equipment issues as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
2. Certification: Current certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or equivalent.
3. Licensure: State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist.
4. Experience: Previous experience in a clinical setting, particularly in performing X-ray procedures, is preferred.
