Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Online Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in new York to join our team on a contract basis. As an Online SLP, you will provide online speech therapy services to individuals of all ages, leveraging digital platforms and technology to deliver high-quality care remotely. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations through digital platforms, considering clients' needs, goals, and individualized plans.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders or delays.
• Provide therapy sessions remotely via video conferencing, utilizing a variety of evidence-based techniques and resources.
• Monitor and track clients' progress, adjusting therapy strategies as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Valid New York license or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Proficient in using digital platforms and technology for remote therapy sessions.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of speech and language disorders, evaluation techniques, and evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality speech therapy services and making a positive impact on clients' lives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with diverse populations and age groups.
• Familiarity with specialized speech therapy software and digital assessment tools.
• Prior experience in telepractice or remote speech therapy.
