What is the job?
In this dynamic role you will have the opportunity to support multiple parts of a high-quality lumber treatment process.

  • Leading a team of 8 to 10 production associates in day to day operations 
  • Computer driven machine operation
  • Processing and ensuring accuracy of work orders
  • Grading boards and monitoring quality
  • Forklift operation 
  • Working in multiple areas of the plant

What you bring to the job?

  • Previous leadership experience 
  • Lumber production knowledge 
  • Forklift experience 
  • Reliability and commitment to attendance
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
  • Desire to learn and own multiple aspects of the production process
  • High level of professionalism in communication
