Summary: Seeking a candidate with over 3 years of experience supervising shop floor skilled trades employees in an industrial or maintenance environment, proficient in troubleshooting and maintaining industrial equipment, and familiar with SAP or similar systems for scheduling maintenance work and purchasing repair components.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supervising shop floor skilled trades employees in an industrial/manufacturing or maintenance environment
  • Experience troubleshooting and maintaining industrial equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical systems on plant machinery
  • Proficiency in using SAP or similar systems for scheduling plant maintenance work and purchasing repair components
  • Understanding of 1910 OSHA CFR regulations
  • Strong leadership skills and experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with maintenance engineering principles for scoping, planning, and prioritizing equipment repairs and improvement projects
  • Ability to monitor trades workmanship and time utilization, and take corrective action as needed

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead a skilled trades workforce on off-shift to accomplish emergency repair, preventive, and predictive maintenance of manufacturing equipment and facility infrastructure
  • Identify equipment repairs and improvements, and collaborate with maintenance engineering to scope, plan, and prioritize these projects
  • Monitor individual and group performance of trades workers, and take corrective action including discipline, as needed


Pay Details: $25.00 to $33.00 per hour
