About who needs care: My feet are deformed, I don't balance or walk well. I live on oxygen, I have low oxygen in my blood, get dizzy and fall down. I can't stand up for more than 4 minutes at a time.
I have agoraphobia, I hardly ever leave my home. I'm depressed because I have no friends. I'm alone 24 hours a day.
About the care needs: I like to laugh, I love to craft. I have crafting supplies. Anything that shows accomplishments. I sculpt when I can get my left hand to work.
Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, and mobility assistance.
