Production

Primary Duties:
\n-Follow all of the companies policies, procedures, and job order requirements. 
\n-Rotate between the following departments: Assembly, Glue Booth, Foam Saw, Waterjet,  and CNC as required and trained.  Pillow Line, Routing, Vacuum Forming, Material Prep
\n-Make boxes, sort material and package product according to each specific order.
\n-Keep work area and paperwork neat and orderly.
\n-Run band saw (Only after properly trained by client)
\n-Accurately fill out required paperwork for each job.
\n-Work safely and follow safety policies and procedures
\nPhysical Requirements:
\n-Prolonged standing for 8hr - 12hr shifts.
\n-Repetitive bending, squatting, reaching and lifting.
\n-Lift up to 25lbs. repetitively Team lift for anything over 50lbs. occasionally
\n-Ability to work in a hot environment
\nCapabilities and/or Experience Required:
\n-Ability to read and interpret documents.
\n-Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure. (Read a tape measure)
\n-High School Diploma or GED
\n-Prior Production experience is preferred but not required.           
\nPersonal Protective Equipment and/or Dress Code Requirements:
\n-Pants: Shorts are allowed, must be mid-thigh or longer.
\n-Shirt: Can be sleeveless, must not reveal undergarments.
\n-Ear Plugs, Safety Glasses, Cut Resistant Gloves and Aprons provided by client.       
\n-Closed Toe Shoes
