Staff Accountant

Sunbelt Rentals--the fastest growing rental business in North America--is seeking a Staff Accountant. As a Staff Accountant, you will To perform account reconciliation's, monthly journal entries, assist with monthly close and other special projects.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position will be an important part of the monthly close process to make sure all journal entries are posted and accounts reconciled. This person will also work on various projects documenting procedures and providing back up to management accounting assumptions.

Monthly general ledger account reconciliations.
Monthly journal entries
Assist with answering questions from the Profit Centers.
Perform other duties assigned as by the manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:
4-year Accounting degree
2+ years of experience in this field
Strong Excel and Access skills
Exposure to AS400 computer systems

Starting pay at $28/hour for candidates who meet the job criteria.
