General and Operations Manager (Project Manager), Journeyman

MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Three (3) years Project Management Experience, must include at least one (1) year of supervisory experience
• Active Secret Clearance Must be able to attain Top Secret within 180 days of award
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business or six (6) years of Project Management Experience

DESIRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• Military Experience
• Navy or Air Force Special Operating Force Experience
• Active Top Secret Clearance

FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manages and oversees all aspects of the program to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget
• Manages scope, cost, internal staffing and outside vendors, and contractual deliverables
• Develops project schedules, defines and assigns work to team personnel assigned to the program
• Monitors and controls work for technical adequacy and provides assistance to resolve technical or customer requirements. Provides technical recommendations as needed
• Represents the company as the primary customer contact. Directly interface with the government customers or vendors
• Communicates objectives, directions, and guidance to the program team.
• Mentors and coaches assigned personnel to enhance performance, encourage professional development and document performance
