BASIC FUNCTIONS:

ADP is hiring a Sr. Learning Coordinator. Learning Coordinators provide management of and ongoing support for the learning systems utilized by the Learning and Performance organization. This role will respond to inquiries from clients and associates regarding training activities; handles all registration, confirmation, reporting, and billing activities; and manage training supplies, materials, and training room resources.

The Sr. Learning Coordinator works directly with other business groups when issues arise, provided advanced support and consultation on learning system usage, and provides leadership to a group of Learning Coordinators. General to limited direction required. Also regularly works with clients, PEO client services (HRBP, CRE, Client Service Executives), and Comprehensive Services Relationship Managers.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Learning Support: Work directly with learning support organization and corporate learning organization when issues arise (e.g. system outages.) Provide advanced technical support and consultation with system users.
  • Learning System Management: Create programs, curricula and learning plans within the learning systems. Responsible for administration of learning systems users, including adding / deleting users, establishing, maintaining, and monitoring learning systems security. Perform mass data updates within the systems through data imports. Maintain learning system tables and interfaces. All tasks are performed while maintaining the integrity of the data found within the systems.
  • Learning System Reporting and Billing Processing: Maintain client leadership materials inventory, vendor and Ariba orders, unpack, store and ship materials to appropriate location for Leadership Series sessions throughout the country. Process Purchase Orders and approve invoices.
  • Communication & Learning Systems SME: Communicate with the Learning Coordinators and Performance Consultants regarding changes in the system(s), content or system roles. Create and deliver training to Learning and Performance team on how to use the back end of the learning systems.
  • Integration: Ensure that virtual classroom systems are functioning as designed including testing, monitoring, and documenting of proper processes and procedures resulting in learner satisfaction with virtual delivery. Analyze new integration opportunities. Act as a producer for all virtual classroom sessions.
  • Team Leadership: Perform call monitoring (HENRY) and call monitoring for associates on team. Ensure that team efforts are coordinated towards common business goals. Perform basic project management tasks for in team projects. Maintain service procedures for the learning systems. Identifies opportunities and facilitates re-engineering to enhance business processes and workflow.
  • Has no supervisory responsibilities; manages own workload.
  • Impacts own team through the quality of the services or information provided; follows standardized procedures and practices and receives regular but moderate supervision and guidance.
  • Typically has a global coverage or covers many geographies; All PEO and Comprehensive Service clients
  • Uses communication skills to exchange information. Explains technical information within the team.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned with a strong attention to detail.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 -- 5 years of experience in training, education, human resources, IT system administration or another related field.
  • Confident in utilizing technology and experience using various software and applications.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in a client-facing role.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associates/Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience.
  • Problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate level experience with Microsoft tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OneNote
  • WebEx Meeting and WebEx training experience
  • Functional Knowledge: Has developed expertise in a variety of work processes or activities typically developed through a combination of job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience.
  • Business Expertise: Understands how the assigned duties relate to others in the team and how the team integrates with others in the discipline.
