We're excited to introduce a new staffing model and compensation package at CHI St. Vincent s in beautiful Hot Springs, Arkansas nestled in the Ouachita Mountains, home to some of the country's most beautiful lakes and top-tier outdoor activities.

The anesthesia team will be composed of 4 MDs and 18 CRNAs. 8 CRNAs will be on the call team and 8 will be non-call. In addition to this we have 2 job-share CRNA doing night 7 pm - 7 am and 2 job - share CRNAs opposite of them 7 am - 7 pm. CRNAs services are very autonomous but MD backup is available when needed. Daily staffing grid is 2 MDs and 12 CRNAs.

Non-Call provider annual compensation will be $255,000/yr with 8 weeks of time off included in the non-call team compensation package. This role includes No Call, No Nights, No Weekends! There are several opportunities for extra income if desired. EAM covers all provider malpractice insurance and provides access to group benefits.
