Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Pittsburgh

We are looking for help with my in laws. My mother-in-law has dementia and macular degeneration, recently had temporary functionally during treatment for a refractory UTI. She usually can make dinner but has trouble with the microwave due to her decking vision. My father-in-law has severe hand arthritis, so he tries to turn the knob on the microwave. We need help with medication and daily personal cleaning reminders for my mother-in-law. Care needs expected to escalate. Days of week flexible. Four of us are involved helping them currently. We would like to find someone who lives within 20 mins of them.
