Description
Leidos currently has an onsite position open at the Arlington facility for an Information Assurance Professional with extensive knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF), Joint Special Access Program (SAP) Implementation Guide (JSIG), Systems Administration, and Project Management. This candidate will lead the Information Assurance (IA) and Information Technology (IT) teams and will be responsible for their team’s execution for providing an Authorization to Operate (ATO) and the operations & maintenance necessary to maintain an ATO. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with Sr. level leadership, contract Program Managers (PMs), and all stakeholders associated with the programs.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide oversight and guidance to the IA and IT teams involved with the system design, the system builds, and the submission for an ATO for new projects/programs.
- Request and manage JIRA projects associated with each program.
- Track the ATO status for each program and provide a schedule for reauthorization submissions.
- Lead reoccurring meetings with PMs and the IA Site Lead to review and discuss the status for each program.
- Provide reporting products (PowerPoint presentations, Quad Charts, Time Tracking matrix, Resource Management allocations, etc…) to the PMs and the IA Site Lead.
- Provide MS Project Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for large efforts.
Basic Qualifications
Secret clearance with the ability to receive a Top-Secret clearance.
CISSP
CAPM
BS Degree or equivalent experience and 12+ years
Preferred Qualifications
TS Clearance
PMP
BS Degree with 15 to 20 years’ experience
