With a commitment to excellence in patient care and employee satisfaction, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Vice President of Human Resources to join the leadership team.

Position Overview: As the Executive Vice President of Human Resources, you will be responsible for leading and directing all aspects of HR operations across our multi-state organization. This strategic leadership role will involve developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to support our mission, vision, and business objectives.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of $190,000 to $220,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, driving workforce effectiveness, and supporting a positive employee experience.
  2. Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent, including executive-level positions. Implement innovative strategies for talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
  3. Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, fostering a culture of fairness, respect, and inclusivity. Implement effective communication channels and conflict resolution mechanisms.
  4. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes and systems to enhance employee performance, accountability, and engagement.
  5. Compensation and Benefits: Lead the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentives, and employee perks. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  6. Learning and Development: Oversee learning and development initiatives to build organizational capabilities, enhance employee skills, and support career growth opportunities.
  7. HR Operations: Streamline HR processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Implement HR metrics and analytics to monitor key performance indicators and drive data-driven decision-making.
  8. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate HR-related risks.
  9. Employee Wellness Programs: Develop and implement employee wellness programs and initiatives to promote health, well-being, and work-life balance.
  10. Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with HR vendors and service providers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR operations.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.
