Salary:


The Sales & Marketing Admin role is pivotal in driving sales and marketing strategy, focusing on initiating outreach to potential clients, conducting comprehensive customer research, and implementing marketing efforts. This position involves supporting the sales and marketing teams, managing data in the CRM system, and adapting to various responsibilities as needed. Success in this role will contribute to achieving defined monthly goals and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Department:  Customer Operations

Classification:  Salary- Exempt

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative tasks to support the sales and marketing teams in executing sales and marketing strategies.
  • Conduct comprehensive research on potential clients and market trends to inform targeted outreach.
  • Assist in the development and execution of drip campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer engagement.
  • Provide administrative support throughout various stages of the sales process, including preparing sales documents and coordinating meetings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
  • Proactively initiate and follow up on customer communications to gather feedback and address concerns.
  • Generate reports and insights from CRM data to evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Contribute to achieving defined monthly goals by supporting the sales team in meeting customer needs.
  • Attend and actively participate in sales meetings, conference calls, and training sessions as required.
  • Assist in identifying revenue opportunities within the customer base and contribute to the development of targeted programs and activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide accurate forecasts and relevant sales metrics.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience

  • At least one year of experience in a related field preferred

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

This is a full-time position:  Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
