Program Coordinator

Program Coordinator responsible for the coordination and case management of services between families and providers to ensure families success within the community. He/she is directly accountable to the Program Manager. The Service Coordinator works in conjunction with the Key Program Family Networks coordinators to ensure successful provision of services to consumer families.

The Family Reunification Support Program (FRSP) supports the Department of Children and Families (DCF) involved families whose children are not currently living at home but who are expected to return home within six months. FRSP works closely with DCF to meet families’ goals.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or other relevant field with exceptional experience.
• Requires two years supervisory experience or related progressively responsible experience in related field.
• Requires knowledge of family systems, parenting issues, skill training, and adolescents.
• Requires good organizational skills and comfort negotiating multi-level systems on clients and program behalf.
• Requires excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Requires leadership ability.
• Requires reliable transportation, as attendance to meetings at multiple sites will be mandated.
• Requires the ability to work a flexible schedule including possible evening or weekend and on-call responsibility.
