Job Description
Come be part of one of the fastest growing restaurant group in Lancaster, TFB Hospitality! Conway Social Club is an upscale cocktail bar featuring some of Lancaster's best and most innovated food and cocktails. Come join our team!
(Part-time 20-35 hours per week)
Rate: $5 /hr plus tips
Hours: TUE-WED 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM or THUR-SAT 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM
*Approx. 2-4 shifts per week, hours will vary depending on shifts
Responsibilities:
-Set-up and tear-down of the bar and bar areas
-Prep work for garnishments and drink ingredients
-Preparing cocktails according to recipes
-Taking drink, appetizer, entree, and dessert orders accurately while answering any necessary questions regarding the menu
-Providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire Guest experience
-Collecting and processing payments
Requirements:
-Strong Communication Skills
-Polite and friendly demeanor
-3+ years of experience
-Must be at least 21 years of age
-Must be RAMP certified or willing to train
