Associate Attorney - Personal Injury

• Collaborate closely with fellow attorneys and partners on legal initiatives
• Prepare pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motions, and briefs in support of plaintiffs' strategies
• Provide effective and timely communications, information, legal advice, status reports, and other services to clients and claims on legal and factual issues
• Responsible for the prompt, efficient, and effective disposition of assigned cases
• Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to prelitigation case managers and support staff
• Analyze and summarize legal documents
• Performs other duties as assigned

• You must be licensed in the state of Arizona, and no State Bar discipline
• 0-2 years experience preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills; able to work accurately under high volume
• Possess outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Westlaw
• Reliable and dependable
